You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

We only accept returns for items that are in their original packaging and show no signs of use. Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

If the return or exchange is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

  • For refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund within 3 business days.

  • For exchanges: After receiving the returned item, we will ship your replacement book within 3 business days.

Once we process your refund, it typically takes up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Currently, we only accept returns for physical books. Digital products are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect.
