Physical Textbooks

• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong book, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for customer reasons (e.g., no longer needed, ordered by mistake), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Digital Textbooks

• Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are not eligible for return once downloaded.

• However, we will provide an exchange or refund if:

  • You received the wrong edition or incorrect file.

  • The file has technical issues that cannot be resolved.
